While we believe that you will be entirely satisfied with our products, our team is always here to help. You are provided with 14 days to return an item from the date that it was initially purchased as long as it has not been used and it is in the same condition (including the original product packaging) as when it was initially shipped. We will also require a proof of purchase.

When we receive the item in question, we will provide you with confirmation before examining it in more detail. Once this inspection has been completed, a representative will notify you in regards to the status of your request. Keep in mind that any discounted items will be refunded in accordance with the amount that you initially paid.
Additionally, any LXR products will not provide refunds if they were purchased through retail partners or distributors.
The customer is responsible for any possible shipping costs and these are non-refundable. However LXR Vitamins will absorb any fees in the event that the refund resulted from manufacturer defects or an incorrect item. We will nonetheless need to be notified about the specific circumstances before the product in question is returned back to us.
